Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dex Offender purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In the original packaging with tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Exchange Process
If you need a different size or received a defective item, we're happy to process an exchange. Here's how:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@dexoffender.com with your order number and exchange request details.
- Receive Return Authorization: We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for defective items.
- Ship Your Return: Package the item securely with all original tags and packaging.
- Receive Your Exchange: Once we receive and process your return, we'll ship your exchange item. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
Size Exchanges
Size exchanges are free of charge for domestic orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we'll cover the shipping for your replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature. These include:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Custom or personalized products
- Digital products or gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Limited edition or collector's items (unless defective)
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the defect. We'll cover return shipping costs for defective merchandise and send a replacement as soon as possible.
Refund Information
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@dexoffender.com.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
